Terms of Service

By accessing or using constantsystems.ai (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers. Use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Constant Systems offers the following through this Site:

• Consulting services: advisory calls, system architecture reviews, and technical audits
• Documentation: written technical specifications, implementation guides, and research materials
• Edge AI benchmarks: published performance data for AI models on edge hardware
• Restricted-access content: detailed technical documentation available to users who have accepted a separate NDA

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

Some areas of the Site require account registration. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Keep your credentials secure and not share access with third parties
• Notify us immediately at admin@constantsystems.ai if you suspect unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Authentication is handled via magic links sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email address.

Access to certain restricted technical documentation requires accepting a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”). The NDA is a distinct legal agreement from these Terms and governs specifically the use and disclosure of confidential information made available through restricted content sections.

By accepting the NDA flow on this Site, you agree that you:

• Will not disclose restricted content to any third party without written permission from Constant Systems
• Will use confidential information solely for the purpose of evaluating or executing an engagement with us
• Understand that the NDA survives termination of your account or any consulting engagement

Payment for consulting services is processed through Stripe. By completing a Stripe checkout, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

Refund policy: If you wish to cancel a consulting engagement that has not yet been delivered, contact admin@constantsystems.ai within 48 hours of payment. We will issue a full refund for services not yet rendered. No refund is available once a consulting session or deliverable has been delivered.

All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time; price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

All content on this Site — including text, benchmarks, research, AI models, software, code samples, documentation, logos, and design — is the exclusive property of C1IP LLC / Constant LLC (“Constant Systems”) or its licensors.

You may not:

• Reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content without written permission
• Use any benchmark results, model architectures, or research in a competing commercial product
• Claim ownership of any content originating from this Site
• Reverse engineer or extract any proprietary model weights, scoring systems, or benchmark methodologies

Work product created specifically for a client engagement is addressed separately in the applicable consulting agreement.

LawSense, TaxSense, and FinSense are classification and infrastructure tools designed for use by licensed professionals. They do not provide legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or medical advice. All model outputs require review, interpretation, and validation by qualified practitioners before any action is taken.

These tools are not a substitute for professional counsel. Use of any Constant Systems product does not create an attorney-client, advisor-client, or practitioner-patient relationship. Constant Systems is not a law firm, accounting firm, financial advisory firm, or healthcare provider.

ConstantSense edge models for healthcare-adjacent applications (ECG Arrhythmia, Fall Detection, PPG Heart Rate) are research and development tools. They have not been cleared or approved by the FDA or any regulatory body for clinical diagnostic use. They must not be used as the sole basis for clinical decisions.

The Site and all services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Technical documentation and benchmarks reflect testing conditions at a point in time and may not apply to all hardware configurations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Constant Systems (C1IP LLC / Constant LLC) and its principals, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from reliance on information published on this Site
• Interruption or unavailability of the Site or any linked third-party service

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to personal jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine in our sole discretion to be:

• In violation of these Terms
• Harmful to other users, us, or third parties
• Fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable

Upon termination, your right to access the Site ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, liability limitations, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply.
