Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Contact information: name, email address, company name, and role (submitted via contact form or waitlist signup)
• Account data: email address and authentication tokens when you register or sign in via Supabase Auth magic links
• Messages: the content of any inquiry or message you submit through our contact form
• NDA agreement records: confirmation of agreement acceptance, timestamp, and associated identity information
• Payment information: billing details processed by Stripe — we do not store raw card numbers; Stripe handles all payment data
• Access logs: IP address, user agent, timestamp, and pages visited, stored in Supabase access_logs
• Error data: stack traces, browser environment, and session context captured by Sentry when errors occur
• Analytics data: page views and interaction events collected by Vercel Analytics (anonymized)

Information is collected through the following means:

• Contact form submissions on constantsystems.ai/contact
• Waitlist registration forms
• Account registration and magic-link authentication via Supabase Auth
• NDA signing flow for restricted content access
• Stripe checkout sessions for consulting service payments
• Automatic server-side logging of HTTP requests (IP, user agent)
• Client-side error reporting via the Sentry SDK
• Anonymous page-view tracking via Vercel Analytics

We use the data we collect to:

• Respond to inquiries and schedule consulting calls
• Notify you when waitlisted features or products become available
• Verify identity and manage access to restricted documentation
• Process payments for consulting services through Stripe
• Detect and fix software errors (Sentry)
• Understand aggregate usage patterns to improve the site (Vercel Analytics)
• Comply with legal obligations including tax and financial record-keeping

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising or behavioral profiling.

We share data with the following sub-processors solely to operate this site. Each is bound by their own privacy and data processing terms.

We use two categories of cookies:

• Contact submissions and messages: retained until you request deletion
• User profiles and waitlist entries: retained until account deletion is requested
• NDA agreement records: retained for the duration of business operations as legal records
• Payment records: retained for seven years as required by US tax law
• Access logs: retained for 90 days by default, then purged
• Sentry error logs: retained per Sentry's default 90-day policy
• Vercel Analytics: aggregated, anonymized — no personal retention period applies

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: request that inaccurate data be corrected
• Deletion: request that your data be deleted (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Portability: request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Opt-out of marketing: we do not currently send marketing email, but you may unsubscribe from any communication at any time

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you additional rights:

• Right to know what personal information is collected, used, disclosed, or sold
• Right to delete personal information we have collected from you
• Right to opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information
• Right to non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR. Our lawful basis for processing your data is:

• Contract performance: processing necessary to fulfill a consulting engagement you entered into
• Legitimate interests: improving site stability and responding to inquiries
• Consent: analytics cookies (where you have accepted via the cookie banner)
• Legal obligation: payment and tax record retention
